Returns & Exchange
Our Promise:
We want you to LOVE your Color of Heat purchase--and we promise you will! If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return new condition items at any time within 30 days.
Returns/Exchanges:
Return new condition items within 30 days of purchase. Contact us here for a return label.
To exchange an item, reach out to us here to receive a return label by email. You have two options:
1. Print the return label and return the item. We will issue store credit (e-gift card) after the items arrives. Use the store credit to purchase the replacement item of your choice. Please note: items not in new condition will be processed under our trade-in program.
2. If you want your replacement item faster, go ahead and purchase it in the online shop. Print the return label and mail your other item back. We will issue a refund after the item arrives. Please note: items not in new condition will be processed under our trade-in program.

Warranty, Repairs, & Recycling
NO HASSLE WARRANTY:
We guarantee our items against defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum of 1 year from date of purchase.
We pay for shipping both ways within the United States (lower 48). Outside the US Lower 48, you are responsible for returning the item to us. We will either repair or exchange warranty items. Anything that cannot be repaired will be recycled into our reHeat program.

Everything, even awesome clothing, has a life cycle.
Together we can break the chain of fast fashion--and create a new cycle: we make a garment; you buy it; you love it; and someday you return it to be repaired or transformed it into something else.
And, from there, a NEW cycle continues. So, if you are ever finished with a Color of Heat garment, please don't throw it away! Get store credit by sending it back to us!
If your Color of Heat garment doesn't work for you anymore, trade it in or recycle it in exchange for COH cash!

When Kat Whatley traveled to Thailand with her parents at 17, they had no idea that it would lead to a decade-long journey in sustainable fashion.
Their curiosity and passion for sustainability led them to create a brand that promotes ethical production practices and minimizes waste.
Since graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC, Kat has focused on Color of Heat as a way to promote fair-trade practices and conscious consumerism.
